About Me
I never appreciated my younger, skinnier days. I spent my youth bemoaning my “fat”, and not enjoying it (the youth, not the fat). Three kids and an additional 70 lbs later, I decided to take action and reclaim my self-confidence and strength.
Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell and got back up again.

Over the past few years, I have learned many lessons about what success and failure truly mean. I’ve completed the 75 Hard program, competed in fitness competitions (to finish, y’all…not to win), and most importantly, I’ve maintained consistency with my exercise regimen…if not my diet. I’m working on that.
Here I will detail my journey and share what worked, what didn’t, and what was simply hilarious to try. I will continue to surprise myself and push those limits. As we become better friends, I may spill more tea about myself. For now, it is safe to say I spend the majority of time with varying degrees of soreness. I’m definitely sore…but I’m not sorry.
